Alice Courtney:  

Life My maiden name was Alice Riedl. After high school I worked for Ma Bell as a Telephone Operator in Olympia. Then I got married, had 4 Great Kids, got a divorce after 18 years of marriage. Went to business college in Yakima at the age of 38. Graduated with two majors (Professional Accounting and Business Administration). Worked for the Yakima Indian Nation and later for Yakima County. Eventually moved back to Olympia and worked for a construction company (Bookkeeper) for several years. Finally met my husband (Julius Courtney) and we married 12 years ago. We now live in Arlington Oregon. I work 2 days a week as Exec. Secretary for the Port of Arlington. Julius is retired from the U.S. Forest Service. Counting his 4 kids and mine, we have 8 kids and 32 Grandchildren!! Six or seven of those 32 are Great Grandkids and we have one more Great due in January, 04. Would love to hear from any of you.
