ALLAN's Story

I attended Fort Frances High School from 1964-1969. After I finished school I joined the Canadian Armed Forces. June 1969- January 1970 did my basic and trades training. Posted to Cold Lake Alberta January 1970- June 1975. Posted to Baden-Baden Germany June 1975- July 1983. While I was in Baden I met my wife Marianne and Had a son Mike , Comox BC July 1983-July 1989. 9 until retirement in July 1994. After retiring from the Forces I worked for 3 years as a security Guard at the Co-op Oil Refinery in Regina. I then got hired on with the company doing pilot training for the Armed Forces in November of 1997 and am still employed there today. In 2005 my Grandson Kaylen became the newest member of the family.. Retired for the final time June 2017. Enjoying retirement
