Allison's Story
Life
after highschool, I got married and divorced within 4 months of eachother. Moving on,...I moved to Auburn where I attended Auburn University until I "quit-uated" in 1997 and moved back home to Roanoke for a year and sold cars with my Dad.
In 1998, I moved to Atlanta,Ga and apprenticed to be a hairdresser under John and Carol Siggers. This was the best experience of my life. There I met many great people, including my son's father.
I moved back to Roanoke and began working at Eucal's Cutters in Do...Expand for more
wntown Roanoke in 2001. Although it's quite a leap from the multi million dollar industry that I was accustomed to in Atlanta, I've grown to love the small town that I hated as a teenager. My son, Jameson Brooks Dowling, is 2 years old now, and he is the center of my world!!! I'm so happy to be able to give him the same extraordinary chances in life that I was offered as a child.
I've learned alot since 1993,...two of those things are..... *"Don't sweat the small stuff" and * Eventually,..we ALL come home.
