Alysha's Story
Life
My oldest son Brandon turned 16 in November and is 6ft 6" tall already, he is pitching for the Varsity team at Matoaca, as well as an Elite travel team in Northern Virginia which travels across the U.S ...busy...he is a great kid! Devin turned 13 in October and is winding up for baseball right now...he is also a wonderful kiddo, smart too! Katelyn is 9 now and is playing soccer, as well as trying her hand at theater...she is my drama queen! Gotta love em! My husband and I proudly welcomed Brooke Emily into the world on New Years Eve! God has truly blessed us all!
I am married to a wonderful man, Rob, he is truly my "everything". He was definitely worth the wait.... This spring he will be coaching Katelyn's soccer team and Devins baseball team they both love every minute of it!
My niece is a doll, she was 2 in June. She is talking up a storm, sings tons of songs and says she is going to be on American Idol.... She is a riotl! My brother and his wife welcome their twins in March, a little girl and...Expand for more
boy! I am such a proud Auntie!!
Life is better than I thought it would or could ever be..... and we are all finally, very happy and content! Rob has definitely completed our family in a very positive way! We are on our way to our yearly adventure to Hilton Head in July... then on a cruise for Thanksgiving to the carribean. Should be fun!?!?!
My parents are good~ they forget things from time to time....LOL. They actually adore Rob, which is amazing! No kidding! :)
Doing a lot of everything, work, play, traveling, not enough time in each day! Wish there was! Just returned home from Texas to visit Rob's parents, and had a fantastic time. He has a very warm and loving family. I now have the sister in-law I have always dreamed of, and a few nephews I absolutely adore! I miss all of them! We will be making lots of trips to Texas~that is for certain!
We have been on the "go" a lot these days... we try to have at least one weekend "getaway" a month. For sanity! :)
Hope you and your families are doing well~
