Amanda's Story
For the last 11 yrs, I've lived in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountain region of Northern Virginia.
I work for the Federal Emergency Management Agency FEMA. And, yes...that makes me addicted to the weather channel.
I come home to visit my friends and family in Oklahoma as much as I can. I was just out at the end of March.
I'm lucky to have found a man that loves to travel as much as I do. Jimmy and I are are always going somewhere...whether it's Jordan and Egypt at the end of April, or Peru and the Amazon last July, we love to travel. We also love living next to the Shenandoa...Expand for more
h River, where we can go tubing and kayaking in the summer.
I'm a shopping fanatic, and I love being outside whenever possible. Not much has changed since high school... just more money and more wisdom, but I'm still as goofy as ever. I'm the prankster at my office, and thankfully, I have great employees who appreciate my warped sense of humor.
I'm obsessed with comedians... my faves being the ones I've seen live: Dane Cook, Jim Gaffigan, and Kathy Griffin. My next will have to be Chelsea Handler.
And, that's about all I can think to write. I'll try to update more often!
