Amy passed away in August 2014 from a reoccurrence of her breast cancer. Amy is from Bethesda, Maryland. She is married with David Cullison. Her schools include Walter Johnson High School, Kensington Junior High School. She later attended UMUC. She works(ed) at Secondhandamys.
