Life
My Spouse
Met Ron at a local town party called Circle C in May 1991. Married in June 1993. However after 13 years of marriage I was widowed on November 7, 2006 when my beloved husband committed suicide at home.
My Kids
We were been blessed with 2 son's and a daughter.
Kyler is now 12 and very quiet since the loss of his father. He has a strong spirit and his father's determination.
Kolton is turning 11 this year. He is a very old soul and stronger than I could have ever imagined for someone so young, he lost a huge portion of childhood and took on many responsibilities when Ron died. This boy is a rock & my rock. He is the image of his father which gives me strength.

My Work
When My Grandfather who raised me died very unexpectedly from suicide in the summer of 2002 I got the chance to take over his rural mail route and I enjoyed it every day. However when Ron died it became to difficult to do that job and take care of the kids all alone so I had to give up my buisness and focus on the kids and our healing.
The children and I have moved out of our home and are trying to make a new life for ourselves. I am hoping to go back to school and get a degree in psychology to focus on the families that survive suicides, the ones left behind in so much pain. So far it's not happening as quickly as I would hope but in time I know I can complete this goal.
