Amy's Story
Life
After high school I lived in Indianapolis working for a mortgage company until 1998 when I met a man in Arkansas, Robert, that I soon found I could not live without and moved to be with him. A year after we bought a house in Arkansas we were transfered to Mississippi through his job. In 2002 we decided to run to Las Vegas (with a small group of family and friends) and get married with ELVIS, who gave me away at our wedding and even performed a few songs during the ceremony! As tacky as it sounds, we had to have the Elvis wedding because I worked in Tupelo, MS - the birthplace of Elvis and home to the annual Elvis Presley festival. The girls at the law firm I worked at threw me a huge party that involved, who else, an Elvis impersonator! So all in all the start to our marriage was full of fun and free of stress. , little man Parker who has just recently turned into a super handsome 4 year old. After Parker was born I decided to hang up my hat as a legal secretary and try out the stay-at-home mom role, which has actually been a blessing. In 2005 we moved back to Arkansas, 2006 we landed ourselves just south of Springfield, MO and fall of 2007 we were already being transferred to Ft. Worth, TX. Fast forward 2008, I just gave birth to the latest and greatest addition to the family! Gracie Layne Kavcich, born 01/21/08 at 1:50 p.m., 6lbs, 9oz, 18.5 in. That's about it for my bio, now it's your turn!
School
I spent my freshman/sophmore years at Haughton High School in Haughton, LA. My junior/senior years were at Plainfield High School in Plainfield, IN, where I graduated in 1992. I was able to meet a lot of really nice people and would love to stay in touch.
