Andra's Story
What's been up with me, you ask? Well, here's the Reader's Digest version...
After graduation, I spent my first two college years at Carthage College, in Kenosha, WI. While I enjoyed the beautiful campus on the lake, I decided that it wasn't quite for me. So, at the start of my junior year, I transferred to Illinois State University, where I received a BS in Art with and emphasis in drawing & photography. Oh yeah, and had a TON of fun and made many great friends as well.
After leaving ISU, I decided to go on to do graduate work at UIC. I earned a MAMS in Biomedical Visualization (medical Illustration) as part of a very small class of ten people.

f Medicine in Springfield as a graphic designer & medical illustrator, where I stayed on for about 2.5 years. While I enjoyed the work, I really wanted to return to the Chicago area to be closer to friends & family.
Currently, I work for a subsidiary company of Walgreens, and have for the past 8+ years. I got married in 2005, and now am the proud mom 8-month old fraternal twins.
Yup, twins!
In between working full-time and spending time with my family, I try to fit in a few workouts and uphold some reminants of a social life. I'm busier than I have ever been, but I love every second of it!
