Andrea's Story

I've been married for 23 years and have two kids. My daughter, Samantha, is 19 and attends college in PA. She's a full time student and works two jobs as well. She's really busy and I'm so proud of her. My son, Pete, is 17 and is home with me. He is physically and mentally disabled and requires full care. He started having problems when he was about 13 months old, and has been my full time job ever since! He can't walk or talk, but he is very smart ...Expand for more
and super sweet. I do have part time help with him which is really nice, and he also receives services through Montgomery County. We live in Brookeville, MD in a house that we built about a year ago. We're on a farm and it is really beautiful. Cows on the property now, and hopefully horses soon! I married Peter Mohr, who was from Magruder, Class of 75. We also have three Dachsunds, named Dixie, Mitchell and Meadow and a Siamese Cat named Prickle.
