* Recovered a failed CRM/SFA (Customer Relationship Management/Sales Force Automation) project. The successful recovery and implementation by our team returned over US$29 million net/net to the bottom line in the first 12 months after launch.
* Chief Operating Officer (VP) and key member of executive management team that refined the corporate vision. The company was successfully launched in 2001, capturing 5+% of the market in the first 11 months of operation and 16% within the first 2.5 years.
* Conceived and directed the development and implementation of a 30-60-90 day sales forecasting software tool that contributed to the division's 50% increase in sales in the first year after implementation.
* Analyzed current situation, developed recommended solutions, then guided the IT department toward savings of more than US$ 4 million for fiscal year 2001, without reducing deliverables or sacrificing quality of service.

* As part of the team responsible for increasing the value of each client, increased sales in fiscal year 2000 by over US$ 2 million, accounting for 1/7th of all annual sales revenues.
* On behalf of a mobile operator, negotiated an agreement with a vendor that created an additional US$ 3 million in savings.
* Negotiated exclusive rights to an automotive aftermarket process from a foreign supplier for the North American marketplace. This resulted in a product that was honored with inclusion in Entrepreneur MagazineÂs Âhottest opportunities back in the late 1980Âs.
* As part of a brand repositioning project identified US$ 5 million in savings for the Customer Care - CRM department via the use of smart card integration and migration planning.
