ar family and friends, in late 1995. I've taken my knowledge from the years of working with people and expensive toys to now become a technical instructor for Lucent Technologies. Who would have thought a reluctant LAN/PBX administrator would be teaching phone companies how to run the equipment that makes phones and the Internet work?
