ok, well, im living in beautiful, warm and sunny (well, darned HOT), palm springs cal. my partner david and i have been together 10 years, we have 5 children (dogs) marilyn 9 (maltese), jack 10 (affen pinscer), bobby 8 (pekingnese), milo 12(jack russell terrier, and eunice 1 (boston terror, oops, terrier). i have been a hairdresser since jan, 1985, and worked in riverside for 20 years. i commuted from palm springs to riverside for 6 years. i finally decided to give up the driving and commute 2.1 miles 5 days a week, as opposed to the 65 miles one way, and focus my tallents to my local clientele. my father died in june 2006 a victim of 3 different cancers, he changed my life. for those that have your parents, cherish the time you have. let me remind all of you men to get the prostate exam its easy, jus...Expand for more

added on may 8/09. i was diagnosed with multiple myeloma (plasma cell cancer) on feb 14 2008. i have been in treatment ever since. lots of chemo therapy, as well as 2 stemcell transplants. it looks good from here, hoping to get on to remission. david and i are still together 12 yrs now. and still have our dogs. when you have a life altering experiance, it makes you reach out to people you havnt seen or talked to in many, many, years. i hope everyone is doing well and you all are very happy.
