Life 5-years since high-school and the world keeps spinning. Weren't we suppose to have a 5-year reunion? I wonder what everybody is up to because I know that my life turned out a little differently than I thought it would at graduation. I lived in Maryland for 3-years. I attended the University of Maryland for a couple of years. But I graduated from UMKC in 2005. So I am back home now. I met a great guy; and we gpt married June 18, 2005. We have a son named Darren Michael Nixon, jr. (DJ for short), who is 2 and 1/2 now. Currently we are living with my parents while we save for a house. I finally finished college with a B.A. in Communication Studies in August. Now I am looking for a job. And my main goal is to buy a house within the next 12-months.
