Angela's Story
After I graduated I continued to work 3 jobs for a few months. I went on to management for a few years in the restaurant industry. I have since moved on to the technology industry and have learned much. I started dating a long time friend a few months out of high school, we eventually married in 2004. We had a beautiful daughter in 1993, who just recently turned 16. Life has really blessed us. We purchased a house in 1998 and sold that one in 2004. We also bought another house in 2004, to be closer to my in-laws and are currently living in this home. The one constant in my life has always been music, it fills every part of my soul. I do not see any of the people that I went to school with. I am always busy doing something. I still don't really care if I have friends or not. I still believe that if people can't accept me for who I am then they are not worth knowing...and have also passed that onto my daughter. I believe that being true to yourself is one of the most important things in life, otherwise your whole life is a lie. Money is never more important than family, friends or morals. ieve our society is too bent on greed. I enjoy cooking, but hate baking. I like photography, and have been working on my technique. I still really like animals, they give unconditional love always. I really enjoy rescuing animals that have been abused. I love karaoke...I even went so far as to get my own professional equipment. I love jamming with all of my in-laws, they all are musically inclined in one way or another. I love just listening to my husband play his electric guitar. I really like laughing alot! I like to shock people with my witty humor. Enjoying the last several months with my Mother-In-Law who has lung cancer. She is truly a beautiful person, and will be deeply missed once she is gone. I quit smoking in 2005, wasn't as hard as everyone says it is...really don't miss it at all, found plenty of other things to do with my time. Hope that all the friends that I did have in school are doing well. I am doing pretty good, and so far I am satisfied with where my life has taken me, would not change anything. Mainly just enjoying the life I was given, committed to my wonderful family.
