So, Aye Mates! I found many people here before our 20th year class reunion...WOW, time does fly. What's new with our 1980 graduating class? As for me, I moved back to Illinois in 2001 from Southern Texas after 12 years (temporary insanity, I think). I never had children.
I enjoy watching movies, traveling, fishing, boating, camping, the mountains, the ocean, the tropics, rock climbing, mountain climbing, just to name a few. I have lived in several states and spent a lot of time traveling in the U.S. and abroad. I have suffered and lived with severe pain and fatigue since 1998 when I was diagnosed with several chronic conditions. God does not make mistakes, so I've accepted God's plan and have my occasional "pity party" and then move on. Some days the pain wins, but mostly I do. With a background in health, I understand and empathize with people who live with any chronic condition. I believe that we are here on earth to help, teach, care for, and love one another. I try to be the best person I can and help those less fortunate. (Pretty sappy, huh?) SO...HOW ABOUT YOU?
