Life
I have stayed in Texas since graduating from the University of Houston with a B.A. in Spanish in 1994. In 1995 I married a bona fide Texan (my college sweetheart). I had been teaching history to recent immigrants in an inner-city Houston school, but in Oct. of 1999 I had enough grad. school credits to get a job as a middle school counselor (Watch out, Mr. Snell! :) ) I graduated in December 20...Expand for more
00 from U of H (again) with my masters in counseling. (finally) We welcomed Alora Marie, on November 2, 2001 and moved into our new house a week later. Then my husband was laid off from Enron (boo, hiss) We then welcomed Zachary Charles on Dec. 1, 2004. Being a parent sure is exciting! Being so far away, I haven't really seen or heard from anyone, so drop me a line and let me know how y'all are doing!
