Angela's Story
Life - Hello!! If you have visited my profile not sure if I am the person you were thinking about having known as a friend way back when... PLEASE keep reading just a little longer and I will try to refresh your memory of who I was. It has been exactly 29yrs. ago since I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada with my Dad (AUGGIE), Mom (ROSEMARIE or ROE), and my younger sister (ANDREA). I was born in Pittsburgh, PA and lived there for almost 14yrs. I lived at 1508 Beechview Ave., I went to Beechwood School From Kindergarden through the 8th grade, that is were I met, and grew up with the people that to this day I still constantly think about and was glad to have known them and had them as my FRIENDS!! My father was a coach for the Boys' Baseball League. I believe it was the Bruins, I remember white uniforms with maroon trim, along with his best friend Mr. Ed Meyers. My Mom was a coach for the Girls' Softball League, in which I played the position of Shortstop & sometimes 2nd or 3rd base. If you are still reading and you are thinking OOh that kinda sounds familiar, let me continue. Before I start I just want to apologize in advance to those of you who I will be remembering in my stories, if I am a little off in getting the names 100% correct please forgive me. y, possibly a "Teachers' Pet" since I always seemed to do extra credit reports, was also on an art committee (It was Ms. Friedman's class I believe) that did the painting and construction of background scenery for most productions done at Beechwood School. I was awarded an art scholarship along with William/Billy Pendergrass
My Pets - I have a pot-bellied pig who's name is "Porkchop". He is approx. 175-200lbs who can be a bully sometimes because he is very possessive of me. He doesn't seem to like too many people around him except me, and that's not all the time. He will also eat anything in site that is not glued or tied down, but he always gives it a hellva a try anyway because he always has to get his way!! The fastest way to his heart is FOOD, FOOD & MORE FOOD. :)
My Job - At this time I regret to say I am currently unemployed, but trying to find some kind of job that I will enjoy doing. Maybe I am in the middle of a mid-life crisis, because it sure feels that way a lot of the time. When working I enjoy being a Cocktail Server and as an alternative a Bartender. The job can sometimes be very demanding & stressful, There seems to be a lot of very thirsty assholes in the world, and the majority of them seem to gravitate to Vegas. You ALWAYS need to have a bubbly personality and attitude, a good memory, and a very strong left bicep, which on some days is not always the case, but when you are on a roll and having a good night the tips can be GREAT!!
