Angi's Story
My husband and I were married in 1988,Michael Marek, I experienced a stroke in 1994 followed by 2 brain hemorrhages, caused by Choriocarcinoma, did chemotherapy twice, have been Cancer free ever since.
The brain injury has left me unable to drive, I am now considered legally blind, the brain injury only left 40 percent of my visual field reliable.
But other than that I think I am the same.

Have 2 dogs, which I think of as my children, Hairy and Max.
When I got married I hyphenated my name, when I awoke from the coma in 1995 everyone thought it was Angi Marek, so I have stuck with it since then.
I have trained an American Bull Mastiff, as a service dog, Hairy is amazing and he is in charge of the right.
