Angie's Story

Life Immediately after graduation, I spent a semester at Ivy Tech in Fort Wayne, but love led me to Vincennes University where my then boyfriend (currently husband) was attending. I graduated from Vincennes University in 1994 with a degree in Business. In January of 1995, I began working as Legal Secretary for Rollo & Harter Law firm. position at the firm was Paralegal. I married Brian Carender 4/22/95. Our first beautiful daughter, Alexis, was born November 16, 1996, and her baby sister, Emily, joined us December 15, 2000. Since then I have obtained a degree in nursing and am a surgical and ICU nurse at Marion General Hopsital part time while I continue my education in nursing. I'm also a member of Tri Kappa Philanthropic Sorority.
