Angie's Story

Life I guess I should write something in here for friends who are wondering where I am today, or I should say, what I'm doing. I am now married, got married 1 year ago, today actually, May 24, 2008. I went through a few disasterous relationships before I found the love of my life, I couldn't ask for anyone better. I do not have any kids, and I do not want any kids either (world is too screwed up to bring kids into it). As for career, I work as a CAD Technician, I'm also a parttime Wedding Photographer and also a PartyLite Consultant. Yes I'm leading a very busy life LOL I haven't changed much since high school, I still look the same, maybe a little bit older, but still the same. Even though I'm 33, people think I'm like 25 years old, so don't sit there wondering what I look like now, still the same as I was in high school. Unlike some people I have seen from school, wow, scary! LOL I never really kept in contact with friends from school. After highschool we all went our separate ways except for one friend, but she turned into a real biatch, she knows who she is...long story. Anyways, I wish I had of stayed in contact with certain friends, but can't change the past, can only look towards the future. I don't live in Brampton anymore, I moved back to Mississauga in 1998. My father was killed in a car accident in January 1997, and my family couldn't live in the house we shared with him anymore...so we moved back to Mississauga, that's where I grew up...incase people are looking for me in Brampton, you won't find me *LOL* I don't even live in the GTA anymore. Last year my husband and me bought a house in Oshawa, Ontario, so that's where are live now, and we love it here. Anyways, I would love to hear from old friends again, so don't be shy...I don't bite! :) School School? wow, that was such a long time ago LOL I went to a good highschool, never had any problems with anyone there. I usually just went to school, went to class (sometimes LOL) hung out with friends and drooled over my highschool crush LMAO I always got good grades, if I didn't my parents would have killed me LOL As far as being in school, I did have a high school crush, I'm sure he know...Expand for more
s who he is. I liked him for 3 years, but then in my last year of high school I stopped liking him because I started seeing someone who was a friend of mine first. As far as teachers go, I would have to say Mr. DaSilva and Mr. DiGiacomo (he's a principal now) were big inspirations for me. They were 2 of the best teachers I could have ever asked for. I know there no longer at the school, but I will always remember them. If I could do high school over again, I would. There's a lot of things I wish I did now that I didn't do then. Took different classes, decided on a better career and worked towards that in high school instead of being where I am now. I don't have a lot of regrets, just a few. I miss school, it was a lot of fun with my friends and that...but we're all grown up now. Can't go back into the past, can only look forward to the future! Workplace As you can see from my work list, I have had alot of jobs over the years. It's not because I was fired, I've never been fired from a job, it's because I didn't enjoy what I was doing or didn't make enough money, or was treated like garbage by my employees, Bentley being the main company who treats you badly..NEVER WORK THERE! Anyways, as I was saying, I know I've had alot of jobs, but I haven't found anything I really like yet. You'd think after all these years, I would find something..but no, hasn't happened yet. Hopefully it has happened now. I finally got out of retail, after 15 years and 6 years in retail management, I finally got out. I went to work as a Security Guard in a Condominium. I went to College, twice, but didn't like what I did...Graphic Design first and Social Service Worker second, but I didn't enjoy those. However, I hated the hours of working security. I hardly ever saw my husband, which I did not like at all, and neither did he. So, I figured I would go back to retail...and I did, however, I got out almost a year ago. I'm now a CAD Technician, Photographer and PartyLite Consultant. Eventually it'll only be 1 job...the photography business is my own company/business and I want to do that fulltime. Now that I'm married, I want to be in a stable job that I can stay at for a long time.
