Ann's Story
Life
After getting married and moving to Greensboro, NC, I went to Guilford Technical College and got my nursing degree. It's something I always wanted to do since I was little. (Believe it or not, I kept a 3.8 average, which is much better than I did in high school!!) I worked at a hospital for awhile, then at a doctor's office for 14 years before having to retire last year due to medical reasons (worn out spinal cord!). I now play on my co...Expand for more
mputer, paint ceramics, listen to music, go places with my husband and enjoy life. We have a daughter who has given us 3 wonderful grandchildren...2 girls--13 & 16 and a grandson age 19. He is in his second year at UNC-G, wants to study cinematics, media animation and graphic design. He is some kind of artist!!! The girls don't do too bad in school, either. I e-mail a couple of my friends from "down home", but would love to hear from more.
