Life
Hi everyone! I'm living in Pipe Creek and am married to a fellow '87 graduate, Tom Kustelski. We married in August of 2002 and love living out here. We each have a child from previous marriages. Tom's daughter was born in December '97 and lives in Ohio and my son was born in February '95. We have a guinea pig, 1 cat (and 2 that actually belong to the neighbor but prefer our house), an adopted black Lab, an adopted Chi mix, a full Chi, and another adopted Chi that was supposed to be a temporary foster. lol We live where a creek and the Medina River meet, north of the lake. We originally couldn't imagine moving anywhere else after we found this place but now we're thinking we'll move to the Colorado Springs area once my son graduates high school, several years down the road. is just ideal for me -- it's our absolute favorite vacation destination, especially as an escape from the humidity & heat of a TX summer. Tom works at USAA in Flood Operations and I am "retired" (sounds so much better than "disabled") and a stay-at-home bum. I fish and garden when the weather is cool enough, read, sew, do all home improvements & "handyman" projects; but, I spend the majority of my time as an animal rescuer. I do a lot of volunteer work on the net, for several national rescue organizations, but we also do independent rescue and foster dogs, getting them ready for adoption. Tom loves to sleep late on days off and we bum around on weekends. We'd love to hear from any of our old friends.
