Ann's Story
I have been married to James Taylor, class of l958, for forty-seven years. While living in Columbus the first ten years we were very much involved with the Jaycee's and Jaycette's and with the Miss Georgia Pageant.
We have raised and educated our three sons, two of which are high school teachers and coach Basketball, Volleyball, and Track & Field. They both were voted Georgia Coach of the Year for each sport in the last four years. Our oldest son is a Minister serving a church in Perry, Fla.and also a Chaplain in the Air Force serving the State of Georgia. Between them, we have seven grandchildren, one grandson and six beautiful granddaughters.

een very involved with our church teaching Sunday School, singing in the choir and going on numerous mission trips to countries like Kenya, England, and China sharing God's word and love. I have made many friends by serving on these trips with fellow missionaries from all over the the United States.
I retired from Cobb on June 1, 2008 and have spent the last eleven months doing just what I wanted to do. Sleepling late, time with the family, grandchildren, playing in the dirt, I love gardening! Traveling with my hubby while he is working. We just got back from Ashville, NC. While he worked I toured everyplace I could.
We have a cat, Mister T, who is somewhere near fifthteen and a two year old 4lb. chihuahua, Izzy, who is our baby girl.Goes everywhere with us.
