Ann's Story
Life
Go west - and keep on going west! ! After high school, and college (in Philadelphia), I went to grad school in New York City, and lived in Manhattan for 11 years. I started running, and ran the NY Marathon in 1983, the first of 25 to date (not counting ultramarathons).
I also joined the Hash House Harriers, a worldwide social running club.
Next, I moved to San Francisco with work (labor relations for the feds), lived there 5 years, and then moved to Melbourne, Australia with an Aussie bloke I met in Edinburgh.

Broke up with that fellow -- and soon after, I met and married Ross, also an Aussie; so here I am. Despite my biology degree, after working in labor relations and then as a PA to the head of an Internet Service Provider, I'm now an Events Coordinator at an industry association. It's fun and there are lots of perks, like travel and getting to pet tigers or ride Harleys from time to time.
Had a look at Troy on a quick visit back in 2004 - it's changed a bit. I don't get back there often from Australia. The class reunion in 2018 was great fun, though!
