Life
Hi There,
I have had an interesting live's journey. Started out in Florida, then beautiful Hawaii, fun California and then to Germany. I am now back in NC. It almost seems as though we never left. I am back to being a stay at home Mom and volunteering at the American Red Cross. I am also driving on lots of field trips and taking care of the house (which I hate).
We visited Monterey this Thanksgiving and had a great time. Ft. Ord has changed a bit, but, you can still see the old buildings as you drive around post. The new military family quarters are beautiful. T...Expand for more
he civilian neighborhoods that they have built near the golf courses cost anywhere from $800,000 to over one million dollars. That is a big differences. Our favorite restaurants were still there and so were the seals and otters. We enjoyed attend Mass at the DLI. Different priest, but, lots of the same "characters". We all just look a bit older now! There sure is a lot more grey hair I noticed ( - ;
