Anne Marie's Story
Hello everyone...
I moved around enough growing up, so once I found my home, I didn't leave it. I'm lucky enough to consider Quebec my home, as well as Chicago. (Truth be told, even in Chicago, I think I moved 4-5 times in the same amount of years). We now own a home in Bridgeport (a southside neighborhood, about 5-10 minutes from downtown)- Go White Sox!!
With my family far away (either Quebec, Philadelphia or California) I've been "adopted" by my husband...Expand for more
's big Italian family and love it (think "Everybody loves Raymond" without the in-laws actually barging in). We've been together now almost 10 years, and married for 4 years this coming June.
I'm a scientist doing basic research and it's great. I work at Northwestern University, studying SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus)- anyone who watches the show 'House' knows it's never Lupus, but really, sometimes it is..
I think that's it. No kids yet, but two cats.
