Anne-marie's Story
Life
A happy "Baby-Boomer" who started my own real estate company in 2004. Happy as a Highlander can be! Two daughters, one who made me a Grandmother in April 2006!!! A cool Grandson named Carson. Kim Granduated from WSU in 2003. My second Daughter, Kristen, graduated from Central , as a teacher, and just got her Masters Degree in School Administration, May, 2008. I fly for a hobby when I get the time. Have been flying since 1975. Still renting a plane. Harvey Field, Paine Field, and Arlington are my haunts. Two cats live with me, and Rex, the English Springer Spaniel. They are quite a hand full!! It seems like just yesterday when we were graduating at Heck Ed...and yet it seems like a million years ago. When I think back over the past (gulp) 40 some years since that June night, 1964, it has been for the most part good times for me. Yes, there are things I would change, but as Sinatra sang, "It's been very good years". I am still the adventourous kind...willing to try new things as long as they are not too brazen, and fattening!!! I'm in the process of making new friends, starting some new hobbies, making some mid year resolutions (didn't lik...Expand for more
e the first of the year ones), changing some of my outlook, and in general, starting to have a good time. I am working hard to build my real estate business, which includes residential, but more on the land end, and working with investors of multi plex housing. I truly enjoy people, and the chance to help people with their real estate needs, is an honor to me, and I don't take it lightly. In 2007, I added Professional Staging to my real estate career. I enjoy helping to get a property in saleable condition. Two businesses is a handful as far as paperwork goes, but I enjoy my business life . Still would like to sail and learn the ropes of sailing, and also, want my float license. Aw what the heck!! I still would like to get my instrument rating too. And since I have shared some of my goals, my biggest fantacy, is to fly a Lear Jet!!! Haven't had the time or money for
these endeavors , but they are major goals. Enough of my life. I hope each and every Highlander is doing well, and is healthy and happy. I would enjoy hearing about your life and how things are going for fellow Highlanders!! Regards, and best wishes for happiness and health....Anne-Marie
