Annette's Story
I began working at the age of 16 for Vons Grocery Store...bagged groceries then at 18 years old became a checker. I received a certificate in Fashion Design and went to work for less than a year in the garment industry...first as a Design Room Assistant, then as an Assistant Designer. no limits if you have goals. It has been a great growing experience for me. I've worked in four different departments and have promoted many times. Being artistic, it is not exactly where I thought I would end up, but it is definitely stable and I have learned loads on the job...it has been quite an education. Plus, it's not over till it's over. I feel the best is yet to come...So much I want to do and see. I can't wait to see what the road ahead holds...
