Life
After high school, when to college and graduated from Newark College of Engineering 1970 with a degree in civil engineering; went into the active duty Air Force flying F-4 Phantoms from 1970 to 1980. 2 combat tours in South East Asia; Arizona Air National Guard 1986-1996; AF retired as Lieutenant Colonel; Work as structural engineer at Structural Concepts Inc. in Tucson, AZ since 1981; Married 1972 (Yvonne); 3 children; Tara (1974); Anthony Sean (1976); Michael (1978).
My favorite way to reduce everyday stress is to play my sax, clarient or piano and write music. When I have time, I play with a 30s/40s dance band and we play local gigs. It is so much fun. ...Expand for more
During the day I keep busy with my structual engineering job for a small local firm. We design bridges and all manner of structures.
Living in the hot desert southwest where we have two seasons: Summer's here, and summer's coming.
Military
After graduating college and Air Force ROTC in 1970, I went to flight school in California and learned how to fly and fight in the F-4C/D/E Phantom fighter bomber and spent two combat tours in Southeast Asia from 1972-1973. I flew 247 combat missions. After the war, I spent some years at Seymour Johnson AFB and Kunsan AB, Korea and the Arizona Air National Guard. I retired from the Air Force in 1996 as a Lieutenant Colonel.
