I quit school sometime in 1993 (due to everyone one of you being a$$holes and bullies and forcing a quiet feller like myself to be alone during his high school days) but would have graduated in 1994. I got my G.E.D. as soon as I turned 18 and got a job at a factory in Morristown, In. I worked there for 13 years until the corporation went bankrupt during the Great Recession. I climbed my way up the ladder to becoming one of the most powerful and respected injection molding technicians in the tri-state area. I became a master molder and was making $80k a year by 2003 with nothing more than a G.E.D.. I then was hired at a company in Richmond, In. and I worked there for about 3 years. While there, I honed my molding skills to a level that has made me internationally known in the field. I left that company for a job with a company in Anderson, In. as an automation technician. I never took a job making less money than the job I had before. At this company I was hired in making $19.50/hr. with over 8 and over 40 overtime rules and every time I was called in outside my normal working hours, it was an automatic $100 to my check along with my hourly rate. I've been coast to coast on company paid business trips and have been approached by many highly known companies like Harley Davidson etc. After about a year of working there I decided I wanted more.
