Anthony's Story
I am Chair of Theatre, Communication and Fine Arts Gannon University in Erie, PA â in my 35th year.
I am a grandfather -- two grandsons in Naperville, IL; a granddaughter and a grandson in Raleigh, NC; and a grandson in Columbus, OH.
Our four children are grown. Rita got her masters degree from Northwestern, lives in Naperville and her husband works in the financial industry in downtown Chicago. Diane graduated from Gannon and lives in Raleigh, and her husband is in construction. Kevin is married, has a Masters Degree in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon and is currently doing his MBA at Ohio State. His wife has a degree in Music Education from Otterbein. duated from Notre Dame and is now working on his PhD in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His wife is finishing her PharmD from Ohio State.
I had a heart attack on St. Patrick's Day in 2008 -- almost didn't make it to 60! Luckily Hamot hospital saved my life -- Now I am 62, I have two stents, but I'm back to my old self and doing just fine.
Since 1994 I've been a partner in 2 successful Internet businesses: ErieNet (which we sold in 1999) and now FishUSA.com. I was also a partner in a failed Internet business, Wild Blue Media -- long story, it was podcasting business before the term podcasting was invented.
I sail as much as possible now.
