Anthony (Toby)'s Story
I always wanted to be a drummer when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a cool idea. As it turns out, they were right. I am the drummer for the classic rock band The Time Pirates. It's a blast!
I was not very athletic in high school. In my 30's, I took up running. I never would have thought back in school days that I would be a runner ...Expand for more
as I approach 50. I have run 4 half-marathons, one full and numerous 5k races. Finishing a marathon is one of the most awesome experiences you could ever imagine! I will always remember a sign I saw near the finish line in Chicago, "If it was easy, everybody would be doing it". I guess that's why only 1 percent of the population ever runs a marathon.
