Life
Well, I'm happily married to Raymond Hake and we have 2 kids, Jacqueline Elizabeth (born in Sep 2003) & Nicholas Skylar(born in March 2007); and a cat named Trouble. I joined the US Navy at age 20, was stationed in Italy for 3 years (where I met my husband, Raymond-currently US Navy Active Duty)! I worked at the US Central Command under General Tommy Franks (Gen. Franks will always hold a special place in my heart) in Tampa Florida, for 3 years. Now I am a stay-at-home Mommy and online college student and we are stationed at Naval Base Yokosuka, in Yokosuka, Japan. PLEASE REMEMBER TO SAY A PRAYER FOR OUR MEN & WOMEN SERVING AWAY FROM THEIR LOVED ONES AND IN HARMS WAY!!! GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!
School: School was a mix of emotions...I was more of a wallflower or maybe late bloomer as far as a social personality goes. But I have to admit that I have 2 of the best friends that I met at CENTRAL HARDIN HIGH SCHOOL--Ammie (Pesetski) Summitt! She is the best friend anyone could ask for.
In 2008 I made the decision to return to college. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Psychology from the University of Phoenix in January 2012. I started Graduate school with Kaplan University in August 2013 and am working towar...Expand for more
d an MS in Psychology with Addictions Counseling specialty. I am a member of the Psi Chi Honors Society International Chapter and Alpha Beta Kappa National Honors Society.
Military:
After 2 years of normal jobs and dating losers, I joined the US Navy in 1997. From there, went to Chicago-Great Lakes, IL for boot camp and training school. In Dec '97, I left for Naples, Italy and my 1st assignment. I arrived on Dec 31, 1997-boy, was that an experience!!!
In 1999, I was able to travel to my favorite city in the world....Paris, France!! That was totally awesome!! In 2000, I met & have since married my husband Raymond-also in the US Navy. From Italy I went to United States Central Command, MacDill AFB, FL and was stationed there for 3 years. I have since left the Navy's active duty status-in-active reserves until July '05-but am still a very devoted Navy spouse! We came to JMF St. Mawgan, England in April 2006 and for the most part, it's been an interesting experience. Raymond is now going to the middle east for a year (as of June/July 2009), so the kids & I will be heading back to KY for that time. We then moved to San Diego CA in June 2010 for 3 years.
In July 2013 our family moved to Yokosuka, Japan and we love it!!
