School
I attended Richmond schools (Westview, Dennis, RHS). High school was fun...
College
I began my college career at Indiana University as an art major. I quickly switched my major to music and planted myself at Ball State University. At BSU, I obtained my Bachelor of Music degree in vocal performance. I headed out to Missouri for my Masters. I won a full assistantship at Truman State University in Kirksville, MO. think I could stand going back to school for a doctoral degree right now... but it is in my future plans.
Workplace
I've had many jobs since high school... most circle around music. After completing grad school, I came home to Richmond, IN, learned a completely new trade and am now working at that! What do I do? I am a furniture upholsterer for the majority of my time. Yes, I should have gone into interior design. I also direct a small church choir, teach voice and keep up with judging high school music competitions, etc. During the summers, I still find myself working for my dad.
