November 2008 Wow! It is funny how things can change so quickly. I am back in Alaska and ecstatic to be here! I got a call from my principal up here the beginning of October saying there was a job up here and a week later was boarding a plane with the kids. I left Doug down in Washington packing up a house and getting it on the market. He arrived here almost two weeks ago. We are so pleased to be back up here. We missed it the whole time we were gone! Doug went back to work at the agency he worked for before. Life June 2007 Can't believe it's been 20 years! I am now back in the lower 48. I have been married for 17 years. We moved to Washington state last August so I could take on the job of vision specialist for Issaquah School District. We were in Alaska for 6 years previous to that and in Billings, MT for 13 years before that. We decided we needed to be back in the lower 48 so our kids could get the best education possible. We have a very precocious soon to be 6 year old girl and a 3 1/2 year old TOTAL boy! After we bought our house here, I was informed my position was being cut to half time so I am beginning a new venture as a travel agent. I will continue to work with the Issaquah district and will also work from home. Anyone need travel arrangements made, drop me a line. I'll hook you up! Hope the reunion was a success.
