Arlene's Story
Life
At the time I am writing this it is pretty late, so I will put a few words on here and come back later to add more or edit. The man I married was in the Air force. I traveled with him for the four years that he was in the service and we loved every minute of that kind of life. We had two sons. One now lives in Wills Point with his wife and two little girls. My oldest son lives in Dallas and is unattached right now. My husband was a jet engine mechanic for Trans World Air Lines in Kansas City for a while. We later moved back to Dallas. He is deceased now.
I've had a full life and have been fortunate to have done some interesting things. I was a photo lab technician for Kodak for quite a few years. During that time I also did some movie extra work and several commercials and one industrial film for Radio Shack. Some of the movies I was involved in were for HBO and one for the ABC monday night at the movies. In later years I also held a job with a research company as a professional taster. Our client was the Pepsi corporation and we did on going tasting and testing of the ingredients of the product. There were twelve of us on the panel for that. During the mid 80s my family and I also got involved in Karate...Expand for more
. That lasted about two and a half years. I really enjoyed that and still miss it. Karate was always one of the "talents" I listed on my resume for the casting agent I was with. I have slowed down a bit now. I have been living in San Diego, Calif. for the last two years but plan to go back to Dallas around July of this year (2007). I still have a house there. My oldest son is living there and keeping it up for me.
I think the time I miss most, of my school days, were of when I was at S.S. Conner jr. high. I loved band. I was one of the drummers there. Are you out there Donnie Cook (Cookie), and Donald Cook? How about Rodger M.? I would love to hear from anyone from those days. I didn't appreciate those days near as much as I should have. I loved Arlene Keas... our band director. Please let me hear from anyone who wants to talk. My email address is Lynne233 at aol dot com. Hopefully, since I spelled it out, it wont be deleted from here.
When I posted the pictures I explained that the mountain picture is the view I have from where I am living now in Calif., but when I viewed this, it didn't say anything about that.... SO here's the explaination for THAT. The pictures of me were taken around July of 2006.
