Arline's Story
Life
Married in 1971 to Nick. Still married. Have 2 sons, 2 daughters, 4 grandsons & 2 granddaughters. We have added a great granddaughter & great grandson! 1 little Yorkie and a very independent cat.
I'm an Indians fan. We've been lucky enough to be able to watch a few games while in the owners suite. What a treat!
I feel so blessed to be able to connect with so many high school friends and have become close to some that I really didn't know that well in school.

Workplace
Started at HFC. Then worked at Brooklyn YMCA for 4 yrs. Had children and stayed home for 18 yrs.
Went back to work for Shirley's Cards and Gifts as Clerk for 2 yrs. Promoted to Medina Store Manager for 5 yrs. Decided to leave that position and moved to Shirley's Office/warehouse for last 4 yrs.
Left when Co. went out of business in May/2003. I was with Shirleys for 11 1/2 yrs. Loved my job! Love being home now!
