Hello Everyone! I certainly hope all of you are doing well. My wife and I currently operate a Home Health Care Agency based in Skokie, Illinois. We are responsible for the employment of nearly 80 people. Most of the personnel are Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Pratical Nurses, Speech Therapists, Medical Social Workers, Marketing personnel, and other office staff. While our central office is located in the heart of downtown Skokie, we service 9 counties in the state of Illinois so it is not necessary to live close to our office. Most of our field personnel have the autonomy to schedule their preferred available times with their patients and do not need to necessarily come to the office except for in-service meetings or additional training. Our personnel are responsible for visiting patients mostly who qualify for Medicare coverage as approved by their physician. We have a large network of physicians, rehab centers, hospitals, and nursing homes from whom we receive patient referrals. Our company is responsible for "bringing the hospital to the home".
