School I spent all of grade school traveling the U.S. and moving six times with my family due to my father being on active duty with the Marine Corps. Half my sixth grade, all of junior high school, and one semester of my freshman year at South High School in Bakersfield, CA was my father's first transfer from active duty to the reserves (a sign that he was retiring soon!) The Marine Corps decided that my father should move one more time to Phoenix, AZ before retiring where I finished off high school at Maryvale. I consider Phoenix, AZ my hometown, an area where I still maintain my residence. Immediately after high school, I attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA for two and one-half years, then moved back to Phoenix, AZ where I started working full-time within my field and attended the Maricopa Community Colleges and Arizona State Univeristy part-time. College I attended my first 3 years of college at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA where I pledged Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and studied electrical engineering from 1983 to 1986.
