Arnold's Story
Son of the Most High God. Minister at TDCJ Jim Ferguson Unit since 94. Have seen many men come to the saving knowledge of Christ Jesus but the most memorable was in 2005 when the Lord told me to surprise momma on her 82nd birthday in San Antonio. I went to our usual Tuesday night prayer gathering at the unit with my brothers in white. They all signed a huge card for her and I drove off from there around 8:00pm but when I got to San Marcos it started to rain and my windshield started to fog up and instinctively I turned on...Expand for more
the a.c. which hadn't worked in over two years in that clunker but it came on. The Holy Spirit told me it was so that I would know His power was with me. I arrived and momma met me quite unsurprised for that unannounced visit and I told her that I was there to tell her about Jesus. Her response was "I know". Wow the same person who for 30 years wouldn't hear a word. At the end of the day without my prompting she confessed Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of her life. She lived 1-1/2 more years on this earth. Prayer works.
