Art's Story

Life After graduation I joined the U.S. Navy and served from 1972 to 1976 and am a Viet Nam Veteran. After my service, I attended El Paso (Texas) Community College and Univ Texas, El Paso. Worked for 20 years in the Banking Industry starting with First City Nat'l Bank in El Paso then moved to Los Angeles and worked with Gibraltar Savings, Security Pacific, and Great Western Banks. ology Dept. Have been here since 1998. I was the President of C.E.M.P. (California Emergency Mobile Patrol) Search and Rescue team from 2002 to 2006. We work closely with LAPD, LAFD, LA Park Rangers, and other enforcement and emergency agencies. Picture is of me and my grandson Esteban in front of a power generator for our team's lighting squad. There will also be some pics of what I'm doing now and/or whatever other pics I can find.
