Arthur is from Plymouth, Massachusetts. Arthur's schools include Hand High School and University of New Haven. After high school served in the U S Navy from 1964 to 1967. Married Dottie in 1970, best thing I ever did. Moved to Massachusetts in 1973 after graduation from University of New Haven. Worked at several high tech. companies from 1973 through 2003. From 2003 through 2011 worked in real estate sales and renovated several properties. Now retired living at The Pinehills in Plymouth, playing a lot of golf.
