Ashley's Story
Life
I don't know where to start. There has been so many things that have go on since I lasted talked to some of my old friends. My life goal has changed just alittle bit. Instead of becoming a Vet. like me and Morgan planned to back when we were in Ms. Pagani and Mrs. Anderson's class, I have decided to become a doctor for females. Because I would rather have a female doctor than a male doctor. (No offence or anything, but that is just my opioin.)
I got engaged last week to my boyfriend. As far as the wedding goes, we don't have a date yet, so that gives me enough time to find all of my old friends that I promised that could be in my wedding party.
I am moving in to my new apartment in either Nov. or Dec. (I don't know which month yet.)
I am going to finish my last year of college at the community college, and then transfer my credits to another college that is on the East Coast. (Either in Va or MD.) And then attend Med. school out on the East Coast also.
I am still partically allergy to life its self, even though I outgrew a couple of things.
School
I never really had a big crush while I was in school. Yeah...there were a lot of guys that I like and would never give me the time of day. But I was never really head over heels about a guy. I really don't have one teacher that inspired me the most over all the other teachers that I had. But the teachers that inspi...Expand for more
red me the most were, Mrs. Anderson (from Mattawoman MS). She showed me that I didn't have to be a shame and hide my smartness for the world. I should use my knowledge all through out my life. Mrs. Jackson (from O'Fallon HS). She showed me how the books that I read, could not only be relaxing, but they also could help increase my vocabulary. And last but not least, Ms. Riley (from O'Fallon HS). She taught me that it doesn't matter what other people think of you. You should always live life to the fulls and never forget what your purpose in life is.
College
When people think about college, they think about the parties, pizza, clubbin, sors. and frats, but I didn't have any of that while I was in college. I attended college while I was in high school, so I wasn't able to do any of those things.
Workplace
My work life so far has been ok. The first job i had was during junior year and I only had it for 3 months. It was Steak 'n Shake. I hated that place with a passion. They had a major ant and spider problem and won't do anything about it. The job that I have now is at Cracker Barrel as a Hostes. All I have to say while I am taking them to their seats is....Hi welcome to Cracker Barrel. My name is Ashley and let me tell you about today's dinner feature. I think that is the most easiest job and I get paid about $8 an hour. So yeah...that is pretty much my work life in a nutshell for ya.
