Life
Since I ended up moving back to LG, I have been able to catch up with some of you, but for the rest, the basics of my grown-up life show how fortunate I have been. I have been an ob/gyn doc for more than thirty years (I received my degrees at NIU and then Chicago Medical School). I am married to John Birmingham for more than thirty years now, and we have two children: Sean, 29, a Purdue graduate in business working in Indianapolis, working on his MBA at Michigan, married to Katie and about to become the father of my first grandchild, and Clare, 28, a graduate of Indiana University with a Masters degree from University of Chicago, working as a techn...Expand for more

I am an organic gardener, a gourmet cook, a voracious reader, and still love to dance my ass off at parties! I've traveled all over the world with my family, and am always happy to get back to LaGrange.
A lot of you don't know this, but I moved to Brookfield from a pretty rough neighborhood, and it seemed so safe here, so pretty and I really bloomed! I could go out, have friends and go to their houses, etc. My independent spirit was released, and I think that's why people seem to remember me that way.
At the reunions, and now with our networking, as grown-ups we can now understand each other better!
