August's Story
Well, so much has happened since school.
I graduated Bunnell in 1988 and moved back to Vermont to be with family.
I was an account manager for a rent to own business.. thrilling as my supervisor was none other than NCAA quaterback John "cactus Jack" curtis.
After that I kind of roamed career wise; running a print shop, and some industrial work. But I kept migrating back to construction

orked at Brattleboro Union High School for 2 years. It was then that I realized my true passion is construction. I have been solidly running my business since 1998 as that has been my main source of income. I have done various things during the winter months; in 1999 I was a news reporter covering the winter X-Games. But construction has always been what I do most.

I married the love of my life, Susan (you can see her in the background of my pic) 4 years ago. She has supported me through thick and thin. I am now healthy again and looking forward to a great 2009 with my construction business, hoping to rebuild my crew to 5 or 6 as before. I admit that nothing is more humbling than to look into death's door and be able to slam it shut.
