Loggers' Run Middle School and Don Estridge High Tech Middle School in Boca Raton. I retired in June of 2010 after teaching 30 years. Retirement is great. I love it. Living in south Florida, I go to the beach 5 days a week and swim for 30 minutes in the ocean. I feel younger and healthier now that I've retired. I travel between my two homes in central and south Florida. Life is wonderful. I married my domestic partner of 10 years in July of 2013. We currently live in south Florida where we care for 8 feral cats in our backyard. I published my first novel, "Masculine Strength" in March of 2014. It is available in print and Kindle format through Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble.com. I am currently working on my second novel, "Wish me Well," which will be out sometime in 2016.

I retrieved 15 rocks that had fallen into the pond over the years and used them to restore its perimeter.
I decided to paint the cats pedestals.
I also painted the concrete table.
Here are some spectacular rocks in my backyard around the pond.
I love this beautiful flowering tree in my backyard.
It also provides shade for the patio.
Natures bouquet. Petals from a flowering tree fell into the pond creating this natural effect. I love my backyard.
Here is part of that flowering tree.
I love these red flower petals. They make a beautiful ground cover in the back yard when they fall from the flowering tree.
This is where I rest for three hours every afternoon in my hammock.
Relax in a hammock. That’s the way to go.
I painted this abstract in August 2000.
