Life
I played basketball all 4 years of high school. I won the Channel 8 Dance contest the year our school was invited.
After graduating from York College, I moved to Columbia, Md where I worked in Marketing for a division of Merck. I was married in Columbia, Md. and moved to Central Florida where I worked as an editor for Stromberg-Carlson. After obtaining a real estate license and an insurance licence, I decided to go into the field of education. I received a Masters degree in Education from Nova University. Before moving to south Florida, I taught English at DeLand Junior High School. I also taught Drama at Deltona High School.
After my divorce, I moved to south Florida where I taught High School English at Wellington High School; middle school Language Arts at ...Expand for more
Loggers' Run Middle School and Don Estridge High Tech Middle School in Boca Raton.
I retired in June of 2010 after teaching 30 years. Retirement is great. I love it. Living in south Florida, I go to the beach 5 days a week and swim for 30 minutes in the ocean. I feel younger and healthier now that I've retired. I travel between my two homes in central and south Florida. Life is wonderful.
I married my domestic partner of 10 years in July of 2013. We currently live in south Florida where we care for 8 feral cats in our backyard. I published my first novel, "Masculine Strength" in March of 2014. It is available in print and Kindle format through Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble.com. I am currently working on my second novel, "Wish me Well," which will be out sometime in 2016.
