B.H. is really Benjamin H. Chamness, Jr. 19 Aug 1927- was born in a small house at 1401 E. Davis street in Luling. Ben graduated from Luling High in 1946 and enlisted in the USMC. In 1951 Ben graduated from Texas A&M, in May,1951 and was called to active duty with the USAF that same summer. ah(Wright) Elam, June 3, 1951.Ben was a Pilot & Engineer in the Air Force for 20 years and retired in Aug 1970.After his USAF retirement he established TEAD Inc., an Engineering & Survey Co., which he owned until 1988 in Lockhart where we have lived since 1970. Ben & Joyce had the following children: Dana L Chamness,b.1954 Debre Denise Chamness b.1956.
