Barb's Story
Life
Hey, former Warriors! I have been blessed in the years since graduation. My husband and I have been happily married since 1976. We were blessed with a precious daughter, Ashley, who grew up to be my best girl friend. She married Pat, a Navy helicopter pilot, in 2004. His work has taken them to San Diego and Norfolk, and they are hoping for an overseas tour next. Ashley and Pat have given us two adorable grand-cats. Ashley studied voice in college and in Italy and is a professional singer and private voice and piano teacher.
After years of teaching high school English and math, the Lord gave me an opportunity to teach sixth grade two years ago. I was surprised to find that I love it. I teach at Aletheia Christian Academy and anticipate finishing out my teaching career here.

cola, FL in 1999. I miss Ohio and family and would like to move home someday, but the Florida weather is nice (except for the hurricanes).
My most unusual event was being on "Wheel of Fortune." We taped on November 4, 2005, and the show aired on April 11, 2006. God richly blessed me and enabled me to win over $74,000. Of course, the government took its share, but we were more than thankful for what was left for us. I won a trip to Grenada and one to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico also. We took both of those last summer to celebrate our 30th anniversary. It was a wonderful surprise and certainly changed how we would have spent our anniversary otherwise.
I hope that our class has another reunion someday that I will be able to attend. I wonder what has happened to everyone and hope all are well. Take care!
