Barbara's Story

Life PS, My new photo is from my return to Okinawa after 36 years when I was teaching there for 3 years. It is as beautiful as ever, and I really enjoyed seeing my home there overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The island is a 3 hour flight from mainland Japan and is considered now as a Hawaii type resort for people from Japan as it is semi tropical and they have built many beautiful resorts on the sea. They have the second largest Aquarium in the world. Second to the one in Georgia. It houses a tank with 3 whale sharks and many Manta Rays. Fabulous. Graduated from Universiy of Idaho, married once. Taught school in Pasco, Washington. Moved to Missoula, Montana. Husband coached football at the University. Divorced, Got a masters degree from U. of Montana in Library Science. Moved to Hawaii and taught 3 years. Went over...Expand for more
seas to Okinawa for three years, and to two places in Germany, Butzbach and Neubruecke for 20 years. My son went to U. of Idaho and Syracuse Law School. I retired from teaching in Dept. of Defense Dependent Schools. Now, I live in Hawaii where I was a school librarian for 3 years, and now am retired for good...My son, Chris, a lawyer in Florida....married to a lawyer named Kari, and they have one boy, Casey 11 and a 9 year old girl named Chloe. I am enjoying swimming in the ocean, and pool in my new home on the Big Island of Hawaii in Kona....I like underwater photography, while snorkeling .......and now I rent out part of my villa by the infinity pool overlooking the ocean view. I call it Kona ocean view. I have a website to look at , can you figure out what it is? I travel and cruise a lot and am loving life......
